APEX EDC User Agreement

1. Acceptance and Applicability

1.1 By downloading, installing, opening, or using APEX EDC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms of this agreement.

1.2 If you do not agree with any part of this agreement, please stop using the app immediately.

1.3 This agreement applies to the current version and all future updates of APEX EDC. The developer may update this agreement as the product evolves. Updates will be reasonably indicated or displayed on the release page.

2. Services Provided

APEX EDC offers the following local features:

• Mechanical toy lab displays and interactions, including the Spinner, Slider, Lighter, Coin, and GHOST EDC modules;
• Local audio playback with a global sound toggle;
• Local achievement system that tracks milestone data and displays unlock progress;
• Local storage of lab parameters, favorites, toy skins, and interaction settings;
• Interactive feedback based on device vibration, gyroscope, and other system capabilities.

3. Rules of Use

1. You should follow the on-screen instructions. Do not modify, crack, inject, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the normal operation of the app.
2. You must not use this app for any illegal or unauthorized activities, nor use it to distribute malware, harass others, or compromise device stability.
3. The lab content in this app is intended for demonstration, entertainment, and experience purposes only. It does not constitute guidance for operating any real equipment, machinery, or dangerous tools.
4. If you feel discomfort while using the app, stop immediately and turn off the sound or exit the app.

4. Data and Settings

4.1 This app does not require account registration, does not provide cloud synchronization, and will not actively upload your personal information to any server.

4.2 The app saves certain settings locally on your device to restore your state on next launch. This may include:

• Favorited toy types;
• Global sound toggle;
• Spinner parameters, slider parameters, haptic feedback toggle, and other lab configurations;
• Selected skin for each toy;
• Achievement unlock status and progress data.

4.3 This data is stored solely in your device's local storage and is used to personalize your experience and restore state.

5. Third-Party Services and System Capabilities

This app uses system-provided local capabilities such as audio playback, vibration feedback, and sensor readings. The current version does not integrate any ad SDKs, analytics SDKs, push notification services, or third-party login services.

6. Intellectual Property

APEX EDC, including its interface design, text, code structure, visual assets, and interaction logic, is protected by applicable laws. Without authorization, you may not copy, distribute, reverse-engineer, or commercially redistribute the app or its content.

7. Disclaimer

7.1 This app is provided "as is." The developer does not guarantee consistent performance across all devices due to differences in hardware, system limitations, third-party audio components, sensor accuracy, or user error.

7.2 To the extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be held liable for issues arising from force majeure, system failures, device anomalies, or user actions.

7.3 If you experience discomfort from high volume, frequent vibration, or prolonged operation, please adjust your usage accordingly.

8. Minor Users

Minors are encouraged to use this app under the guidance of a parent or guardian. If a guardian disagrees with any content, please stop using the app.

9. Changes to This Agreement and Contact

The developer may update this agreement based on product changes, legal requirements, or feature adjustments. If updates occur, please check the latest version in the app or on the release page.
